NPCDL seeks to employ an energetic and outcome-focused General Manager.
NPCDL is the commercial arm of Ngāti Pāhauwera Development Trust (NPDT) and is responsible for growing the value of the Treaty Settlement assets to benefit the well-being of its 7,000 plus members and their descendants.
The GM will lead and manage the company’s commercial operations in a manner that aligns with its core values, mission and long-term income objectives. The appointee is anticipated to have a proven business track record, strong commercial background and qualifications and experience in financial management/ accounting, horticulture/ primary industry.
Knowledge of Te Reo, Te Ao Maori and Tikanga would be helpful.
