AGENDA FOR AGM:

Trustees to present Annual Report on the operations of the Ngati Pahauwera Development Group and Ngati Pahauwera Tiaki Trust from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011;
Trustees to present audited Financial Statements fo the Ngati Pahauwera Development Group and Ngati Pahauwera Tiaki Trust from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011;
Trustee to present the proposed April 2012 -March 2013 Annual Plan for the Ngati Pahauwera Development Trust and Ngati Pahauwera Tiaki Trust;
Trustees to seek approval to re-appoint Oldershaw & Co Ltd as the auditor for the Ngati Pahauwera Development Group and Ngati Pahauwera Tiak Trust for 2011-2012;
General Business

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AT 2pm

AGENDA FOR SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING:

Special resolutions in regard to changing the Ngati Pahauwera Development Trust Deed

1) Amend clause 4.2 to state

The Trustees may appoint one of their numbers as Chairperson of the Trust as an alternative to rotating the role between Trustees.

2) Amend clause 5.1, 5.2 and 8.1 to state

The Trustees shall have the discretion to appoint a Manager rather than Cheif Executive to manage the day to day administration and delegations of the Ngati Pahauwera Development Trust.

3) Amend clause 12.10 to state

That the Ngati Pahauwera Development Trustees in conducting the business of the trust be authorised to rationalise the postal voting requirements with an on line voting system.
