Section 30 Representatives (History)
The Section 30 Trustees that were appointed on the 13th June 1994 at Mohaka and confirmed at the Rotorua Maori Land Court on 1st July 1994 are:

- Kuki Green
- Reay Paku
- Guy Taylor
- Toro Waaka
- Ruku Wainohu
- Charlie Hirini
- George Hawkins
Three representatives have died since the appointment.
They are:
- Charlie Hirini
- George Hawkins
- Tom Gemmell
Their contribution to their people will not be forgotten.
The attached order identifies the legal responsibilities of the section 30 0rder.
The Section 30 group has constituted itself as a Cooperative society to enable it to interact with Government, Non governmental agencies and business negotiations and transactions.
The Section 30 Committee engages Powell Webber and associates as legal counsel. The representatives for Ngati Pahauwera are Grant Powell and Sarah Eyre.
The Accountant is Heron & Co Ltd of Wairoa. The Section 30 has had unqualified Audits every year since it was established.
