Ngāti Pāhauwera Development Trust has a fixed term 12-month position as a Community Connector in – Ngati Pahauwera / Wairoa community. The aim of this role will be to connect whanau needs with the relevant health / social services.
In this role, you will be assisting whānau link with health kaupapa and health care services. Where applicable you will be providing advice on health services, supporting whānau where necessary to ensure they can access the health services, programmes and social services that are available within the community.
The position will contribute to overall community well-being by identifying and responding to whanau and broader community needs using the existing health support and health programmes.
