The Company is limited to the terms of a management agreement with the Trust.    The Company’s purpose is to generate a financial return on the Trust’s assets for the Trust to allocate in line with its Trust Deed.

It is the intention to manage the capital of the Trust:

• To generate an increasing income stream to support the agreed social and community objectives
• To develop the strategic and other assets of the Trust within Ngāti Pāhauwera for future generations
• To buy businesses that provide employment and a strong economic future
